Requirements for hook-up

Must live in the Republic, WA cable service area

Home Owner/renter - Membership Certificate (transferable or refundable on $0.00 Balance accts. after disconnection request), Connection Fee and current monthly Signal Charge.

Moving ? - Transfer of your current account and signal to new address requires the transfer fee.

Adding additional Channels to current signal - Add Channel Fee and channel signal charge.

Payment -Current monthly payment due on or before the 10th of the current signal month. All past due accounts are subject to disconnect and will be required to be PAID IN FULL before re-connection. Re-connection Fees are applicable.

Refunds - all refunds paid by check following Board of Directors Approval.
